Lumina Learning is looking for a Client Support Administrator to undertake a wide range of client facing and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is able to work independently as part of a remote team, enjoys the challenges of a fast moving environment and takes direction well. You'll be part of exciting and challenging product releases, working together with the rest of the multidisciplinary team of IT experts, psychologists and marketers supporting our global customer base. Yours is the face and voice which Lumina Learning clients will associate with excellent customer support, delivered in high quality English. You will be an integral part of one cohesive global, virtual team. You will serve as primary point of contact for our worldwide customer base, all while keeping a calm demeanour and clear head. You will liaise closely with the rest of the Lumina Learning team, working to improve services and solve problems. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial. Main Responsibilities ? Administer Lumina online system ? Educate users in the use of the Lumina online system and provide technical support ? Be first point of contact for customers - answering telephone calls and emails ? Provide product-specific assistance to new and existing clients using product knowledge (training in Lumina Learning products is provided) ? Work closely with the UK based team ?
